Perfect Circle Credit Union is excited to announce that our New Castle Branch will be relocating to a new and improved location to better serve our members. In the summer of 2026 the branch will be moving to the corner of Broad Street and 11th Street!
PCCU has worked with K4 Architecture & Design and the New Castle Historic Preservation Commission to create a beautiful architectural structure that will build on and help with the reinvestment and the revitalization of Downtown New Castle. At PCCU “We Believe in Working Together” and within our community, and we are proud to announce that Whisenhunt Construction of Richmond will be building the new branch.
PCCU, K4, and Whisenhunt will break ground on the new location in early December 2025! PCCU will share the progress of the construction and will provide important dates to our members. In the meantime, you can still visit our New Castle Branch at its current location on South Memorial Drive and Trojan Lane!
