On Monday, December 1, 2025, Perfect Circle Credit Union broke ground on the new location of the future New Castle Branch. PCCU was honored to be joined by representatives of K4 Architecture & Design; Whisenhunt Construction; members of the New Castle Community; PCCU Board Members, and members of PCCU’s Senior Management Team.
Perfect Circle Credit Union will be relocating to a new and improved location to better serve our members. In the Summer of 2026, the branch will be moving to the corner of Broad Street and 11th Street!
PCCU has worked with K4 Architecture & Design and the New Castle Historic Preservation Commission to create a beautiful architectural structure that will build on and help with the reinvestment and the revitalization of Downtown New Castle. At PCCU “We Believe in Working Together”!
PCCU will share the progress of the construction and will provide important dates to our members. In the meantime, you can still visit our New Castle Branch at its current location on South Memorial Drive and Trojan Lane!
