In February we sent survey postcards to half of our members. In August, we will send postcards to the other half. If you receive a survey we would appreciate you taking a few minutes to let us know what you think about the credit union, both what we are doing well, as well as areas where you think we could improve. Your feedback will help us improve.
We respect any member’s desire to remain anonymous. However, if you tell us about a problem it is extremely helpful is you will include your name and preferred contact method (phone number or email) so that we can ask follow up questions and insure we understand the problem.
After you finish the survey you can drop it in the mailbox,it is postage paid. You are also welcome to drop them off at your closest branch. Either way, thank you in advance for your help as we continuously work to improve.
