COVID-19: September 2021 Update

With the recent increase in positive COVID-19 Cases, PCCU is monitoring reports daily in an effort to do what is best for our members and employees to keep them safe and healthy.

At this time, we will continue to keep our lobbies open.  The lobbies will continue to have plexiglass barriers in place to protect staff and members, as well as stickers on the floor to help us maintain a safer distance. The CDC says vaccinated people no longer require masks, but those who aren’t vaccinated should continue to wear them inside. We ask all unvaccinated members to wear masks to protect themselves and other members, along with staff who cannot be vaccinated*. We recognize that masks are restrictive and sometimes uncomfortable; we just ask that you love your neighbor as yourself.

Along those same lines we ask that if you feel ill, especially if you have a fever, that you stay home and take full advantage of our electronic services to conduct business. If you must come in person, please choose to use our drive-up lanes to protect your fellow members and credit union staff, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Protecting and respecting one another by making considerate choices will help keep us all healthy and prevent service disruptions. While we have not been immune to COVID, over the past year our cautious stance has enabled us to almost entirely avoid closing branches to deal with exposures, with only two days lost. Respecting one another will help us continue serving you with minimal interruptions.

We also know many of you have grown accustomed to using electronic means or using our drive ups to do business. You’re also welcome to continue doing so, whether it’s for safety or your convenience, we’re happy to serve you!

Please note, lobby hours for all offices will be:

Monday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with drive-ups open until 6:00 pm**
