On Monday, December 1, 2025, Perfect Circle Credit Union broke ground on the new location of the future New Castle Branch. As we head into the month of July, progress continues on the construction of the new building. At this time, PCCU is on schedule to open its new location Fall of 2026 on the corner of Broad Street and 11th Street in Downtown New Castle!
PCCU has worked with K4 Architecture & Design and the New Castle Historic Preservation Commission to create a beautiful architectural structure that will build on and help with the reinvestment and the revitalization of Downtown New Castle. At PCCU “We Believe in Working Together”!
PCCU will share the progress of the construction and will provide important dates to our members. In the meantime, you can still visit our New Castle Branch at its current location on South Memorial Drive and Trojan Lane!
