On Monday, December 1, 2025, Perfect Circle Credit Union broke ground on the new location of the future New Castle Branch. One of the things that PCCU is doing for our new location is bringing the past to the future. The new New Castle Branch will feature a tribute to the history of Perfect Circle Credit Union. We would like to ask for any PCCU Members that may have photos and stories, from the early days of the credit union to modern day PCCU, to please share. These photos and stories could include pictures from the Perfect Circle Piston Ring Company; the Teetor Family (founders of Perfect Circle Piston Ring Company); the New Castle and Tipton plants from the 1930s; Dana Corporation, etc. If you have any pictures or stories you would like to share, please email them to Jason Saylor, VP of Marketing, at jsaylor@pccu.com by Friday, February 20th.
Perfect Circle Credit Union will be relocating to a new and improved location to better serve our members. In the Summer of 2026, the branch will be moving to the corner of Broad Street and 11th Street!
PCCU has worked with K4 Architecture & Design and the New Castle Historic Preservation Commission to create a beautiful architectural structure that will build on and help with the reinvestment and the revitalization of Downtown New Castle. At PCCU “We Believe in Working Together”!
PCCU will share the progress of the construction and will provide important dates to our members. In the meantime, you can still visit our New Castle Branch at its current location on South Memorial Drive and Trojan Lane!
