On Friday, August 31st, PCCU members and staff opened their hearts and wallets to help local public school students. The PCCU management team grilled hot dogs that day and sold lunch to hungry members.
For $3 they got an all-beef hot dog, chips, and a drink, and many members enjoyed a tasty and convenient meal that
benefited the Hoosier Explorers Field Trip Fund. Some members chose to make donations to the cause.
Thanks to your generosity we collected more than $400 through this event. That is money that will pay to send local students to places like Conner Prairie, Metamora, the Levi and Catharine Coffin House where they can explore their Hoosier heritage and take pride in their home state.
Our next event will be held on Thursday and Friday, November 1st & 2nd. We will be serving donuts and coffee, and welcoming your free-will donations. Fight the Fall chill and help students hit the road!
And remember, you don’t have to wait for our next event to make a donation, you may make them at any time in the boxes in our office lobbies, or by requesting a transfer from your account. Thank you for your kind support!
