ATTENTION NEW CASTLE BRANCH MEMBERS: The Indiana Department of Transportation announced State Road 3, between Riley Road and County Road 300 South, will be closed on or after Wednesday, April 23rd, to replace a culvert. Two lanes of northbound State Road 3 are currently closed at this location.
State Road 3 will close entirely once work begins to replace the culvert and will remain closed for up to three weeks. Access will be maintained for local residents and businesses up to the point of closure. The official detour will follow US 40, State Road 103, and State Road 38. Please plan ahead and drive safely!
