MyPCCU is Coming January 14th!

Dear PCCU Members,

PCCU is excited to announce that we are switching our online and mobile banking to MyPCCU beginning around Noon on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. MyPCCU will be unifying PCCU’s online and mobile banking giving both formats the same look and capabilities. Plus, MyPCCU will offer new features, like Remote Deposit Capture! For the transition to MyPCCU, we would like to share the process below on how to sign in on MyPCCU once the transition takes place on January 14th.

Please keep in mind that PCCU’s current online and mobile banking will be turned off at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 14th, for the transition to MyPCCU.

Online:

Step 1: Go to pccu.com

Step 2: In the upper-right corner, in the “Account Access” box, enter your username and password. This will be the same username and password that you currently use to access your account.

Step 3: Complete a two-factor authentication*.

A.     In the Code field, enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile device.

B.     Select “Remember this computer” to skip verification code entry on this browser and device at subsequent logins.

C.     Select “Verify.”

Note: If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email and select “Email me instructions.” This sends an email to you with email reset instructions.

After you have completed a two-factor authentication, your Dashboard will appear with your account information. You can now organize your dashboard to best fit your needs!

Mobile:

Step 1: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the new MyPCCU App to begin.

Step 2: Enter your username and password. This will be the same username and password that you currently use to access your account.

Step 3: Complete a two-factor authentication*.

A.     In the Code field, enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile device.

B.      Select “Remember this computer” to skip verification code entry on this browser and device at subsequent logins.

C.      Select “Verify.”

Note: If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email and select “Email me instructions.” This sends an email to you with email reset instructions.

With MyPCCU’s Mobile App, you can set up a four-digit pass code or Touch ID/Facial Recognition for quicker access.

After you have completed a two-factor authentication or set up your Touch ID/Facial Recognition, your Dashboard will appear with your account information. You can now organize your dashboard to best fit your needs!

*A two-factor authentication is a security method that requires two forms of identification to access your account. In this case, once you enter your password, you will receive a text message with a passcode that you will need to enter to verify your identity and that you are the one trying to access the account. If you don’t have the capabilities of text messaging, you can download the app “Twilio Authy” from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to authorize your two-factor authentication login.
