- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of PCCU’s marketing and public relation plans.
- Researches marketing needs and analyzes marketing trends for the credit union.
- Maintain and administer the credit union website and social media accounts.
- Actively participate in community functions.
- Maintain an awareness of all laws, regulations, industry trends and developments that may affect marketing strategy.
- Supervise member relationship activities to promote the growth and development of the credit union through planning and setting goals.
- Maintain a working knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and internal operating systems across all functional areas of operation.
- Advanced oral/written communication skills
- Good micro computer skills
- Good graphic arts skills
- Broad knowledge of credit union products and services
- Broad knowledge of financial industry and marketing trends
- General knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations related to credit unions
- Four-year degree
- Requires attendance at various credit union educational/networking seminars.
