ATM Locations

We have an ATM Machine at each of our three branches: Hagerstown, Richmond, and New Castle.

You must have an ATM/Debit card to do all of the following transactions at ATM Machines:

• Make deposits and withdrawals

• Check account balances

• Account transfers

• Change PIN number

• FREE Unlimited transactions on PCCU ATM Machines

• Make 5 FREE foreign ATM transactions per month

Fraud Protection Tips
• Alliance One and MoneyPass is part of PCCU's ATM Access group and allows our members to use other ATM's in the Alliance and MoneyPass network without a surcharge.Visit www.allianceone.coop and www.MoneyPass.com where you can search for surcharge free ATM locations by state or other info.

Online Bill Pay

Be in control of your finances with PCCU's Online Bill Payment Center for FREE. You can do everything you need to do from home, work or anywhere you have Internet access. And even better, online bill payment and presentment is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• You can pay nearly all of your bills at the Payment Center. You can also see a summary of your pending payments and the payments you've made in the past 45 days.

• You can receive some of your bills online in Payment Center. You can view and pay these bills at the Payment Center.

• You can set up automatic payments to pay your electronic bills or to automatically schedule payments of a set amount at regular intervals.

• You can review your bills and payments for the past six months. You can also export your payment information to Quicken.

• You can transfer money and move payments from one account to another.

• You can pay as many bills as you want at the same time from the Payment Center.

How secure is my bill payment and personal information?

Payment Center uses several methods to ensure that your information is secure.

• User Name and Password - Your user name and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as you don't share your user name and password with anyone, no one can sign in to Payment Center as you.

• SSL - Payment Center uses SSL (secure sockets layer) which ensures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection.

• Encryption - Payment Center uses 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.

• Automatic Sign Out - Payment Center automatically signs you out of a session if you are inactive for a predefined time (usually 10 minutes). It is best if you sign out immediately after you finish your tasks in Payment Center

When any of your deposit accounts drop to a specific dollar amount (example: $100)

When transactions are made on any of your deposit accounts (deposits & withdrawals)

When specific checks have cleared your account

When your PCCU loan is due

You control your e-lerts:

Type of e-lerts you want to set

Parameters of your e-lerts

What your message e-lert says

Whether you want e-lerted by email or cell phone

Smartline, PCCU's automated telephone banking, provides 24-hour telephone access to your PCCU accounts 7 days a week, including holidays. All you need is a touch-tone phone to call 1-800-341-4410. Smartline provides up-to-the-minute information about your PCCU accounts and allows you to perform transactions conveniently and confidentially.

Use Smartline to:

• Get balances of accounts.

• Find out which drafts have cleared.

• Find out what deposits have been made.

• Find out what check card transactions have cleared.

• Find out what ATM withdrawals have cleared

• Transfer funds from share to draft, share to loan, etc.

• Get loan payoff information.

• Get current interest rates.

• Change your Personal Identification Number
